AFSID Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the refund, cancellation, exchange, and return rules for AFSID Group International digital products, software licenses, Expert Advisors, and related digital services.
No Refunds Under Any Circumstances
All purchases are final. AFSID Group International does not provide refunds, returns, cancellations, chargeback approval, exchanges, credits, or money-back guarantees in any form after payment has been made, because all products sold are digital products, software licenses, Expert Advisors, access rights, and/or digital services.
By purchasing any product, license, Expert Advisor, digital file, service, installation support, investor access assistance, copy trading-related access, or any other digital product from AFSID Group International, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction is final and non-refundable.
1. Digital Product Nature
AFSID products are digital products and license-based software products. Once a product has been purchased, delivered, downloaded, activated, accessed, or made available to the client, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.
Because digital products can be copied, downloaded, installed, activated, accessed, used, or transferred immediately after purchase, AFSID applies a strict no-refund policy for all products and services.
- Expert Advisor software files.
- MT4 or MT5 trading robot products.
- License activation or account-based access.
- Digital product downloads.
- Client area access.
- Installation support or setup assistance.
- Investor access support or related digital assistance.
- Copy trading access information, signal access assistance, or related guidance.
- Product consultation, technical support, and other digital services.
2. Final Sale Policy
Every purchase made through AFSID Group International is considered a final sale. Once payment is completed, the buyer agrees that the product, license, access, or service cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- No refund will be provided after payment confirmation.
- No refund will be provided after product delivery.
- No refund will be provided after license activation.
- No refund will be provided after download access is provided.
- No refund will be provided after installation support has started.
- No refund will be provided if the buyer changes their mind.
- No refund will be provided if the buyer no longer wants to use the product.
- No refund will be provided if the buyer purchased the wrong product or license type.
3. No Money-Back Guarantee
AFSID Group International does not offer any money-back guarantee. Any performance examples, backtests, live statements, investor access, third-party monitoring links, copy trading references, screenshots, marketing materials, or historical results are provided for informational and transparency purposes only.
Trading results are affected by many factors outside AFSID’s control, including market conditions, broker execution, spread, slippage, commission, swap, leverage, VPS stability, internet connection, account balance, lot size, risk settings, user settings, and trading psychology.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- Backtest results do not guarantee live trading results.
- Investor access does not guarantee future profitability.
- Copy trading results may differ from master account results.
- Expert Advisors do not guarantee profit and may result in losses.
4. License Activation and Account Binding
Some AFSID products may use license activation, account number binding, account-based usage, or other digital access control systems. Once a license has been issued, activated, assigned, delivered, or prepared for the buyer, the transaction remains final and non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided after a license is activated.
- No refund will be provided after an account number has been registered or assigned.
- No refund will be provided if the buyer provides the wrong account number.
- No refund will be provided if the buyer changes broker, account, platform, or trading setup.
- No refund will be provided if the buyer cannot use the product due to broker restrictions, VPS issues, platform problems, or account limitations.
5. Product Compatibility and Client Responsibility
Before purchasing, clients are responsible for reading product descriptions, platform requirements, license rules, broker conditions, minimum balance recommendations, risk information, and all relevant product details.
AFSID may provide product information, support, and guidance, but the buyer remains responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for their trading account, broker, platform, risk tolerance, and financial condition.
- The buyer is responsible for choosing the correct product.
- The buyer is responsible for choosing the correct license type.
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring broker and platform compatibility.
- The buyer is responsible for using proper VPS, account settings, and trading environment.
- The buyer is responsible for understanding trading risk before purchase.
6. Support Does Not Mean Refund Eligibility
AFSID may provide support for installation, license activation, product setup, investor access guidance, broker guidance, VPS guidance, or general technical assistance. However, support availability does not create any refund right.
- Technical support is provided to assist product usage, not as a refund condition.
- Installation assistance does not make a purchase refundable.
- License activation assistance does not make a purchase refundable.
- Broker or VPS guidance does not make a purchase refundable.
- Failure to follow instructions or provide required information does not create refund eligibility.
7. Trading Losses Are Not Refundable
Trading involves significant risk. Losses may occur when using any Expert Advisor, copy trading service, trading signal, broker, VPS, or manual trading strategy. AFSID does not refund purchases due to trading results, account loss, drawdown, margin call, stop out, broker issue, market condition, or user error.
- No refund will be provided because of trading losses.
- No refund will be provided because of drawdown.
- No refund will be provided because of broker slippage, spread, commission, or execution issues.
- No refund will be provided because of VPS interruption or internet connection problems.
- No refund will be provided because market conditions changed after purchase.
- No refund will be provided because the buyer expected guaranteed profit.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing from AFSID Group International, the buyer agrees not to initiate improper chargebacks, payment reversals, or payment disputes after receiving access to digital products, licenses, files, services, or support.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, AFSID may provide proof of purchase, delivery, access, license activation, communication records, and this Refund Policy to the payment provider, bank, or relevant dispute authority.
- AFSID may suspend product access, license access, support, or client area access during a payment dispute.
- AFSID may permanently disable access if fraudulent or abusive payment activity is detected.
- AFSID may refuse future service to clients who misuse chargebacks or payment disputes.
9. Exceptions
AFSID maintains a strict no-refund policy. Any exception, if ever considered, is entirely at the sole discretion of AFSID Group International and does not create an obligation, precedent, or future refund right.
In general, no refund will be granted for digital products, licenses, Expert Advisors, access rights, product files, services, or support once payment has been made.
10. Buyer Agreement
By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy before payment.

- The buyer understands that no refund, return, cancellation, or exchange is available.
- The buyer understands that trading involves risk and profit is not guaranteed.
- The buyer understands that AFSID is not responsible for trading losses, broker issues, platform issues, VPS issues, or user errors.
